Chat Folders, Prompt Coach, and Connector Health

Highlights

Organize chats, documents, and favorites in shareable folders, get live prompt quality feedback before you send, and see connector sync health on Data Management.

  • Shareable folders for chats, documents, and favorites, each with its own preference
  • A live prompt quality coach beside Send, with scores recorded for your workspace
  • Connector health on Data Management, including why a sync is unhealthy

New

New capabilities in this release.

  • Shareable folders can hold chats, documents, favorites, or a mix. Each surface has an on-by-default preference, and recents supports folder filters, rename, and share actions.
  • A prompt quality coach sits next to Send in the composer and scores what you write before the assistant runs. The app sends the score with the prompt, and the platform records it for reporting.
  • Data Management shows connector health from live sync data, with filters and a compact health summary. Unhealthy syncs include a plain-language reason when the connector reports an issue.
  • Scheduled prompts gain delivery channels and optional assets as the first slice of channel support.
  • Per-company supervisor instruction overrides apply at runtime for entitled workspaces.

Improved

Improvements to existing features.

  • The default new chat layout and menu are tighter; suggested prompts and carousel copy are refined across locales.
  • Mobile Shared and Leaderboard shells align with Settings padding; tab bars and headers use space more efficiently on a phone.
  • App performance improvements reduce load time on common paths.
  • Chat resume and agent retries are more reliable across platform and customer runtimes.
  • External Signals resolver batches work more efficiently on the platform side.

Fixed

Issues resolved in this release.

  • New accounts that have not verified email are guided through verification automatically.
  • Renaming a document calls the update mutation so the new name persists.
  • External Signals tables show all server-paginated rows; the Custom Signals back link uses Title Case.
  • Entity mentions stay aligned with company scope in lists, sharing, and pickers. Triggered signal sources load correctly in agent context.
  • View Signal links in scheduled message deliveries use correct URLs; embedded images respect expiry.
  • Chat attachments and drafts behave correctly when you move between conversations.
  • Mobile onboarding interview exit behaves correctly.
  • Web fetch from chat is more reliable for entitled workspaces.
