Richer Chat Context, Clearer Sign-In, and Preferences That Stick

Highlights

This release makes it easier to bring the right context into conversations, simplifies account setup and sign-in, and ensures personal preferences persist across sessions. The result is a chat experience that knows what you are working with and an account experience that remembers how you like to work.

  • Entity mentions let you reference documents, metrics, users, tables, signals, projects, and shared items directly in chat. Mentions appear as chips, persist with the conversation, and guide the agent to the right resources.
  • Sign-in and account setup are clearer, with password requirements shown during signup and reset and flexible sign-in options in account settings.
  • Preferences now persist between sessions, so your table row settings and default landing page stay the way you set them.

What You Will Notice in the Product

Entity mentions in chat and authentication improvements are the most visible changes.

  • In Chat, type @ to mention documents, metrics, users, tables, signals, projects, or shared items. Mentions become chips that persist and help the agent find the right context.
  • On Sign-Up and Password Reset, a checklist shows requirements clearly, and messaging explains reuse rules.
  • In Account Settings, choose the sign-in method that fits your organization.
  • In Profile, your table row count and landing page preferences persist across sessions.
