Enterprise Readiness, Secure Documents, and Smarter Workflows

Enterprise SSO for Faster, Lower-Friction Rollout

Snowfire now supports CyberArk OIDC across the full authentication flow, including frontend login, Cognito Hosted UI and PKCE callback handling, backend Cognito provider setup, pre-signup linking, company assignment, and deployment configuration. This makes the platform easier to deploy inside enterprise identity standards while reducing adoption friction for IT and security teams.

Documents Become a More Useful Decision Surface

Users can now add, delete, and download documents, then prompt against new or existing files directly from the documents page or the prompt window. This expands how quickly teams can turn business documents into usable context for answers and analysis.

  • Supported file types now include `pdf`, `csv`, `txt`, `md`, `json`, `yml`, `docx`, and `xlsx`.
  • Document access is available from both the dedicated documents page and the prompt workflow, reducing context switching for end users.

Security Hardening for Document-Centric Workflows

This release materially strengthens the control environment around uploaded content, helping customers adopt document-based workflows with more confidence in data protection, monitoring, and abuse prevention.

  • New protections include MIME sniffing, upload rate limits, DLP secret scanning, GuardDuty Malware Protection, Bedrock guardrails, parser sandboxing, and richer CloudWatch observability.
  • Storage and tamper protections now include S3 Object Lock, SSE-KMS encryption, and canary alarms for suspicious changes.

Projects Evolve into a Real Operating Workspace

Projects have been upgraded into a more complete dashboard-style workspace with project routing, injected task data, filters, canonical status and task type options, project picker flows, assignee support, and clearer mobile and table layouts. The result is a more structured environment for managing execution inside Snowfire, not just reviewing outputs.

  • Projects are now more resilient when large prompts are detected above 20,000 characters.
  • Standardized project metadata helps teams manage work with greater consistency and visibility.

Everyday Usability Improvements That Increase Adoption

A broad set of user experience upgrades makes Snowfire easier to use day to day, helping teams move faster and operationalize insights more consistently.

  • New workflow enhancements include prompt history, scheduled prompts with bulk editing, and dashboard favorites.
  • Data-heavy experiences are cleaner through Apex chart rendering, CSV parsing, SQL highlighting, and chart data tables.
