This is a remote contract role for a Business Development Representative at Snowfire AI. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through inside sales, lead generation, prospect outreach, meeting scheduling, and customer account management, with an emphasis on expanding product and service offerings for each account.

Responsibilities

Inside Sales: Engage in direct sales activities to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing opportunities with prospective and existing clients.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through research, outreach, and strategic prospecting efforts.

Prospect Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to build relationships and generate interest.

Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospects and clients to discuss their needs and present Snowfire’s solutions.

Customer Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion of product and service offerings to maximize account growth.

Skills

Inside Sales: Ability to effectively sell products and services through phone, email, and virtual platforms to meet revenue goals.

Lead Generation: Proficiency in identifying and cultivating potential customers through targeted research and outreach strategies.

Account Management: Expertise in nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth of accounts.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to convey value propositions clearly and build rapport with clients.

Remote Collaboration: Proficiency in using CRM platforms and remote collaboration tools to manage sales processes and work effectively in a distributed team.
